What happens if the driver doesn't show up? Is there a backup vehicle?
Transfer24 always keeps backup vehicles on standby. If an assigned driver cannot complete a trip for unforeseen reasons, our dispatcher immediately sends a replacement — in most cases with no delay. Meet-and-greet: via Tallinna Airport VIP Service — a dedicated terminal, no queuing in the public arrivals area. What passenger insurance is included in every trip?
All Transfer24 trips are carried out under licence YTL001284, which requires the carrier to maintain mandatory passenger insurance in accordance with Estonian and European law. Accident insurance covers up to €10,000 per passenger. All vehicles are insured under a full KASKO Premium Plus package (insurer PZU), which includes third-party liability coverage. How is journey safety ensured — technical and professional standards?
Safety at Transfer24 is built on two levels. The price shown at booking is the final price.
